1) The special offer applies to orders of a min. quantity of 2 & above. For customers living in a studio or 1BR with only 1 thermostat, we have created a different special offer. Kindly contact us for more info.
2) The special offer applies directly to units of direct compatibility in Dubai. As a general guideline, thermostats working at 230V in apartments & villas (central chilled water & DX systems) would fall under direct compatibility protocol. As for other units such as ducted split units or units with a PCB at the FCU (Indoor Unit), etc., nominal additional costs may apply. For example, cable pulling & reconfig. works are an additional AED 180/- (Incl. 5% VAT) per unit.
The final quote can be confirmed by our technical team after verifying your home/office compatibility by a cross-check with our compatibility database or a free inspection of your home/office.
3) 5% VAT is included for all prices except in the following scenario: Card Payments, for which the 5% VAT shall be added on top of the total price.
